Mortgage Servicing Business Analyst Role

As a Business Analyst for Mortgage Servicing Operations at ISN Corporation, you will play a critical role in developing software specifications for default mortgage servicing software. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with the Vice President of IT to provide specifications for new potential software/applications. You will also work closely with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop software specifications for default mortgage servicing software

Collaborate with the Vice President of IT and provide specifications for new potential software/applications

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects and systems

Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution

Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects

Gather requirements by reviewing resources, processes, and engaging program stakeholders using Microsoft SharePoint/Teams channel/JIRA

Translate business case requirements for programs into well-architected, detailed technical specifications and functional requirement documents

Develop or utilize standard templates for requirement specifications, workflows, testing, training, and reporting

Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to assist programs & business

Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership

Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management

Identifies training needs and ensures that proper training is developed and provided

Successfully complete regulatory compliance and security training

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the Mortgage Servicing industry

5+ years of Business Analyst experience

Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulations

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a challenging environment

Ability to coordinate multiple and changing priorities

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with always demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences

The ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion

Experience with Sagent Loan SERV, Black Knight LSP/MSP Loan Servicing System or Tempo Systems (PLUS)

Working knowledge of mortgage servicing software and platforms

Bachelor's degree is required

Must be a US Citizen
