Job Title: Civil Engineer - Stormwater Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in the Henrico, VA area. As a Civil Stormwater Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and leading drainage capital improvement projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead drainage capital improvement projects, including survey coordination, engineering design, right of way acquisition, utility relocation, and construction phases.
  • Prepare and submit construction plans, minimum design plans, and concept to contractor exhibits for review and approval.
  • Conduct H&H studies for in-house department-specific capital improvement projects and drainage projects.
  • Review and recommend payment of invoices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3+ years of site developing civil engineering experience.
  • Stormwater experience.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, EIT or PE.
