Position Summary

We seek a meticulous and sales-oriented individual to significantly contribute to our sales team's strategic initiatives. This role, situated within the Business Intelligence Team, provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior sales leadership, offering insights and managing projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to foster business success through a data-driven approach, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee quota management, territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, resource allocation, and quarterly business reviews.
  • In partnership with sales leadership, define and manage Key Performance Indicators to assess business health.
  • Analyze trends to support informed business decisions.
  • Become a subject matter expert, offering data-driven recommendations on sales policies, including segmentation, organizational structure, and commission terms.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales productivity through process improvements and effective tooling.
  • Understand the interrelations of business information based on the underlying data model.
  • Translate complex information into relevant business terms for effective communication.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify opportunities for workflow and data infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role within the information technology sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling concepts.
  • Proficient in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentations.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
