Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during the overnight shift.
- Security and Compliance: Conduct security walks, ensure the hotel is secure, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and completing other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
