Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team on a per diem basis. Our program is fully accredited and dedicated to providing comfort and support to our patients, allowing them to stay at home and avoid hospitalization.
As a Home Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a unique environment. You will be autonomous, able to assess, think critically, and make decisions on your own, often being the only clinician in the patient's home. You will be confident in your abilities, able to see the bigger picture, ask broader questions, and assess while providing day-to-day care.
Our nurses are excellent communicators, understanding the challenges that come with being a remote team and how important communication is for the care of our patients. Most importantly, our nurses are compassionate and caring, always putting their patients first.
