RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide customers in product choices on the sales floor

  • Perform other assigned tasks as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in retail or hospitality sales
  • Experience in the service industry is advantageous

SKILLS:

  • Represent the company brand positively
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to understand documents and reports
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Basic mathematical proficiency
  • Competent in using a 10-key calculator
  • Accurate cash handling skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the shift
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs
