Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Medical Assistant team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising assigned staff, assisting with examinations and treatments, and ensuring staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead Staff: Supervise assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).
  • Assist with Examinations and Treatments: Assist with examinations and treatments ordered by provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse. Perform select clinical duties.
  • Ensure Staff Compliance: Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct Hiring, Training, and Development: Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Medical Assistant Certification: Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience in a busy practice.
