Job Summary

The Clinical Research Manager will oversee the organization, coordination, and implementation of clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, GCP guidelines, and internal standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage study protocols, designing and maintaining electronic data capture databases for new clinical trials.
  • Assess patient eligibility for clinical trials, conduct data analysis and querying, and monitor studies at hospital sites.
  • Provide support to hospital staff as needed and ensure overall compliance to the trial protocol.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director on special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of clinical research experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience working on clinical research trials is preferred.
Competencies
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, with a preference for Oncology terminology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple constituencies.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
