Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and teams, with a focus on SharePoint management, document control, and communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers with the development and maintenance of project SharePoint sites, ensuring accurate records retention and compliance with company policies.
  • Converse with site users to identify needs and provide access to the site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Upload, publish, and archive documents to appropriate SharePoint locations, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Provide user training to project staff and others as needed, ensuring a high level of proficiency in SharePoint and other tools.
  • Support project closeout procedures, including document duplication, scanning, printing, transmitting, and archiving.
  • Assist in-processing efforts for new department employees, including SSIS, paperwork, and scheduling training.
  • Experience with Microsoft programs, including Excel, Office, Teams, and SharePoint, is required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of advanced administrative or technical experience, preferably in a project management or SharePoint environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the commercial nuclear power plant industry.
  • Construction Management Certification or equivalent.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent.
