Assistant Studio Manager

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking to join a dynamic team? We're seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support our studio operations and help drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Studio Manager in leading the studio team and driving sales growth
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including class scheduling, member check-in, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership sales and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote studio events and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
