As a Fitness Studio Operations Coordinator at Orangetheory Fitness, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studios. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, promote our fitness programs, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly and positive entrance into the studio.
- Sales and Promotions: Lead studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders, conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls, and maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
- Studio Operations: Assist in running all front-of-house fitness studio operations, including managing sales, memberships, and retail sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the studio team to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales targets.
- Previous Sales Experience: Strong sales skills and previous experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure are highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Computer Skills: Functional computer skills, including Microsoft Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, and basic computer program software use.
- Health and Fitness: Health and fitness-minded individuals are strongly preferred.
- Availability: Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 per hour.
