Job Opportunity

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey
  • Contribute to the growth and retention of our client base through sales and outreach efforts
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional service, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments
  • Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote our services

Requirements:

  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive, welcoming environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $22-$25

Additional compensation for supporting the studio: $10-$15 per hour
