- Faculty and Subject Matter Expert Development
- Develop and support site faculty and subject matter experts to enhance program delivery and resident learning.
- Program Administration and Support
- Ensure adherence to organizational values and mission in program operations.
- Utilize technology and data to support program effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Administer ongoing assessments for residents and preceptors to inform program improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships and Branding
- Establish strategic partnerships with nursing academic organizations to enhance program credibility and reputation.
- Ensure consistency in the nurse residency brand and promote program excellence.
- Knowledge Transfer and Advocacy
- Transfer knowledge to site leaders to ensure program continuity and success.
- Advocate for the nurse resident and program to ensure their needs are met and program goals are achieved.
- Internal Partnerships and Collaboration
- Build internal partnerships and foster a collaborative learning environment to support program success.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Minimum 2 years clinical teaching experience.
- Required Licensure and Certifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Training
- Coursework, degree, or certification in adult learning or nursing education.
