Project Manager

Softworld, a Kelly Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex transformational programs in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system pain points and required enhancements.
  • Act as liaison between project team and line management, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Develop integrated project plans and identify resource dependencies across the organization.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, and budgets, and provide status updates.
  • Assess project risks and issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Facilitate business requirements documentation and support the translation into functional systems requirements.
  • Lead testing and validation efforts for new systems, upgrades, and patches, and document results.
  • Provide training as needed and support change management to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing similar projects, including exposure to Procurement, Business Process Analysis, Design, and Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex, transformational programs with strong change management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of SDLC models (Agile and Waterfall) and the ability to blend methodologies as needed.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to drive strategic decision-making using data.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project and Jira.
  • PMP certification or progress towards obtaining PMP certification preferred.
  • Agile certification (SAFe, CSDM, CSPO, etc.) is a plus.
