About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to join our team at One of the Kids. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other disciplines to provide high-quality care for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide leadership and support to your team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certification as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines
