Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience), plus bonuses and benefits package.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead a team of RBTs and work closely with families to create customized treatment plans. Your expertise and creativity will help us achieve our mission of providing exceptional ABA services to children with Autism.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet each child's unique needs

- Lead and mentor a team of RBTs to ensure seamless delivery of services

- Collaborate with families to provide guidance and support throughout the treatment process

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA

Requirements:

- Master's or doctoral degree in BCBA-approved field

- Board certification as a BCBA-D or BCBA

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with Autism and/or in an ABA setting

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
