Job Responsibilities:
- Provide medical nutrition therapy and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments for pediatric patients
- Assess patients' nutritional status and provide interventions, including diet therapy, counseling, or specialized nutrition supplements
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary services to monitor patients' tolerance and effectiveness of nutritional regimens
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and their families
Requirements:
- Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 2 years of cumulative experience in pediatric nutrition or a related field
