We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role involves working primarily one-on-one with kids with autism, utilizing naturalistic teaching strategies, and promoting a fun and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications as an RBT, behavioral technician, or experience working in special education, childcare, or early childhood education. Key skills include dedication to serving families, excellent attendance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation Package: Our competitive compensation package includes a guaranteed $35/hour salary, paid training program, $500 sign-on bonus for RBT-certified candidates, and up to $2,000 annual bonus for consistent attendance. Benefits also include medical, dental, visual, and 401K with matching contributions, unlimited telehealth urgent care, mental health counseling, paid maternity leave, and more.
