  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scheduling, quality control, and payment processing.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues promptly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of verifiable commercial construction experience, preferably in a project management or supervisory role.
  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Certifications: 30-hour OSHA certification required; CPR certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
