- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of verifiable commercial construction experience, preferably in a project management or supervisory role.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not required.
- Certifications: 30-hour OSHA certification required; CPR certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
