About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
  • Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
