A regional community health center in eastern Connecticut is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their multi-disciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide coordinated psychiatric services to patients, utilizing the clinical services of the Health Center. Clinical services will include routine and crisis adult and pediatric care, evaluation, diagnosis, medication assessments and adjustment, patient education, and treatment planning.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be knowledgeable about agency and clinical policies, keep patient information confidential, and assume responsibility for the development and realization of an individual ongoing care plan for all patients.   • Providing routine and crisis adult and pediatric care
