As a Patient Care Associate, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients. Your role will involve:

  • Managing patient assignments with precision and efficiency
  • Performing key roles to facilitate patient care, including vital signs monitoring, activities of daily living assistance, and blood glucose monitoring
  • Reporting findings to the interdisciplinary team and documenting patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

To be eligible for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a patient care environment. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational and communication skills, ability to relate well to others, and multitasking abilities.

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $ $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
