Competitive base salary starting at $51,000 per year and above, with annual performance-based merit increases. Please note that the salary range for this position starts as listed, but actual compensation may be higher based on experience.
Compensation decisions are contingent on various factors including the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as training and experience, the position's work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.

Key Responsibilities
Our Assistant Store Management team is accountable for:
- Driving a successful, multi-million-dollar business: leverage your business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills to boost sales; maintain an attractive store environment, ensuring cleanliness, quality, and accurate merchandising and signage.
- Developing talent and leading a team: engage the hearts and minds of your team, fostering their skills to achieve success both individually and as part of the Blain's family.
Inspiring Others:
Act as a dynamic brand ambassador committed to driving and achieving results through teamwork; promote the company strategy through effective communication and modeling the core values of the organization; keep associates informed of company updates, celebrations, changes, etc.
- Ensuring community involvement and brand awareness: collaborate with local organizations to create strong awareness of our brand and values.Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Proven track record of training, delegating, and inspiring top talent to succeed
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
