Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop rapport with patients by offering comprehensive information about Food and Nutrition services.
  • Address patient and customer inquiries with a positive and professional demeanor, aiming to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Utilize technology to accurately input patient menu choices, considering dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal preferences.
  • Calculate and manage fluid restrictions and specialized meal plans in accordance with dietary guidelines.
  • Deliver and retrieve meal trays from patient rooms, adhering to established health and safety protocols.
  • Assist patients with meal tray setup as required.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to address patient concerns and specific dietary needs.
  • Maintain inventory and stock levels in kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated work areas.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
