We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team and help us accelerate our acquisition efforts. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will play a critical role in encouraging prospects during the trial period, serving as a trusted advisor and product advocate.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospects who are trialing Dashworks and provide them with best practices for setup and adoption.
  • Guide trialing prospects down the right path to ensure they convert to using Dashworks.
  • Understand how different roles and personas can benefit from Dashworks, and address those use cases in every interaction.
  • Provide support to trialing prospects and help unblock them instantly if they are stuck.
  • Educate prospects on how to get the most out of Dashworks in order to deepen their engagement with the product.
  • Identify any friction points during the trial period and report them to the product team early and often.
  • Seek out and contact additional stakeholders who would be involved in the purchase decision.
Requirements
  • Prior experience at a small, early-stage start-up and a willingness to build something from scratch.
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, and/or SMB AE.
  • Nimbleness and flexibility, with the ability to pivot based on new information.
  • A passion for experimenting and iterating quickly.
  • A competitive desire to succeed and a results-driven mindset.
  • Product savvy and the ability to suggest workarounds, best practices, and general tips to optimize user experiences.
  • A willingness to work in a nebulous environment and be a self-starter.
  • A bonus: excitement about generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and make a significant impact. As an Account Executive at Dashworks, you will have the chance to work with a talented team of engineers and innovators who are passionate about creating a personal assistant for work that is powered by generative AI.

You will be responsible for connecting with prospects who are trialing Dashworks and providing them with best practices for setup and adoption. You will also guide trialing prospects down the right path to ensure they convert to using Dashworks, and provide support to trialing prospects and help unblock them instantly if they are stuck.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and dynamic, with a passion for experimenting and iterating quickly. You should have prior experience at a small, early-stage start-up and a willingness to build something from scratch. You should also have previous experience as an SDR, BDR, and/or SMB AE, and be nimble and flexible, with the ability to pivot based on new information.
