Core Responsibilities:

    • Supervise children during all activities to guarantee their safety.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool environment preferred.
  • Completion of state-required pre-service training.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child handling purposes.
