We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair company CNC fabricating machine tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance.
  • Document customer machine information and technical conditions, and make improvement suggestions.
  • Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Act as a company service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success.

Requirements:

  • Must be a flexible professional, curious, and bold, focused on customer service and quality.
  • A hands-on problem solver experienced in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics.
  • Technologically savvy and experienced in software and file management.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $33-$40 per hour, plus overtime and per diem.

Travel Requirements:

This is a 100% travel position, Monday through Friday, with a home base on Fridays. You will be required to travel extensively throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
