Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a great in-store shopping experience for our customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and sales.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times.
  • Problem Resolution: Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise and determine resolution or escalate further communicate all issues and resolutions to Store Management.
  • Credit and Loyalty Programs: Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
  • Availability: Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
  • Physical Requirements: Meets physical requirements
