Position Summary

The role of Sales Associate is crucial to the overall performance and efficiency of the store. This position requires a strong focus on our brand values while providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales results.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models, ensuring a positive first impression and fostering lasting customer relationships through personalized experiences.
  • Understanding organizational goals and making decisions that align with company priorities.
  • Taking ownership of personal sales metrics and developing strategies in collaboration with the management team.
  • Implementing short- and long-term plans to achieve performance goals and improve survey results.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and demonstrating Coach's Selling and Service expectations consistently.
  • Adapting to local market changes and supporting the execution of sales strategies.
Sales Floor Responsibilities

Drive business success through:

  • Sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers while maintaining productive relationships.
  • Creating positive customer experiences by presenting your best self in alignment with Coach's Guide to Style.
  • Building credibility as a fashion advisor through strong product knowledge and awareness of competitors.
  • Communicating current pricing and promotional strategies effectively to customers.
  • Leveraging cross-selling techniques to enhance customer shopping experiences.
  • Tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Following up with customers to influence and close sales.
  • Utilizing Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
Operational Responsibilities

Ensure operational excellence by:

  • Completing daily tasks without compromising service or Coach standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
  • Adhering to retail policies and procedures, including POS and Asset Protection.
  • Supporting inventory processes and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Efficiently processing customer transactions and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Additional Requirements

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Schedule: Flexibility to meet scheduling expectations.
