As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Blue Link Wireless and the AT&T brand, responsible for showcasing a diverse range of products, services, and entertainment options to our customers. Your role will involve crafting personalized solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

We pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation in the wireless retail sector. Full-time Retail Sales Consultants can earn a base hourly rate of $17 per hour plus commissions, with the potential to achieve earnings of $45,000/year or more in their first year by meeting sales targets. Exceptional performers can exceed $65,000 annually and may be promoted to leadership roles within the same year. Commissions are based on specific sales goals set for each market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable product solutions
  • Engaging customers through informative product demonstrations
  • Demonstrating a competitive spirit and striving to exceed sales objectives
  • Staying informed about the latest technology and entertainment products
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieving monthly sales goals and objectives
  • Assisting with store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining accurate transaction records
  • Supporting inventory management efforts

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred, but not mandatory
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required
  • A strong desire to learn and excel in sales
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations and a keen interest in wireless technology
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
