As a Certified Peer Specialist at Aspire Behavioral Health & DD Services, you will be working closely with individuals on assigned caseloads, providing 70% billable services under the guidance of licensed staff. Your responsibilities will include being in compliance with service guidelines, completing documentation within 24 hours, and assisting with housing applications, referrals, and ensuring stable housing for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality services to individuals on your caseload.
  • Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one year's experience as a current or former recipient of mental health/substance abuse treatment or diagnosis.
  • Certification as a Peer Specialist from the Georgia Department of Human Resources.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
