We are seeking a dedicated Peer Recovery Advocate to join our team at Aspire Behavioral Health & DD Services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver peer services in MAT programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality, individual-focused services.
- Support individuals experiencing challenges with opioid use or misuse of other substances, as well as their families and allies.
- Assist in building recovery-oriented systems of care that support self-directed pathways to recovery.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a social services-related position or completion of two years of college with at least 15 credit hours in a social services-related field.
- Familiarity with recovery-oriented systems of care, peer support, and self-directed pathways to recovery is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, individuals, and other contacts.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
