Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Aspire Behavioral Health & DD Services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver peer services in MAT programs, maintaining 70% productivity and ensuring high-quality individual-focused services.
- Provide support to individuals experiencing challenges with opioid use or misuse of other substances, as well as their families and allies.
- Participate in case reviews, prepare and maintain records of client progress, and report changes in client condition to managers or supervisors.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience in a social services-related position or completion of two years of college with at least 15 credit hours in a social services-related field.
- Familiarity with recovery-oriented systems of care, peer support, and self-directed pathways to recovery is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, individuals, and other contacts.
