Key Responsibilities:
- Attend a comprehensive training program at our Insight Global University to learn the ins-and-outs of the staffing industry
- Work as a Recruiter, learning our core business by sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and hiring candidates for our clients' open positions
- Develop value-based sales skills, research and cold-call prospective clients, and learn to close business
- Collaborate with Account Managers to build relationships with clients and learn from their sales experiences
- Participate in daily syncs with Account Managers, follow an Intern Training Guide, and apply skills in real-world scenarios
Internship Details
- Internships are paid and available in all offices across the US and Canada
- Interns work 36 hours weekly during the 8-week internship and are paid for actual hours worked, eligible for overtime
- Interns must be able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $16/hr - $28.80/hr, dependent on office location
- Eligible for overtime pay
- Opportunity to receive a full-time offer with salaries ranging from $37,000- $66,560 annually, dependent on office locations
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401k retirement account access with employer matching, and paid vacation and sick time
