Position Overview: As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be the visionary leader responsible for the comprehensive management, strategic direction, and overall success of our early childhood education organization. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive culture and ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and communicate a compelling vision and strategic plan for the organization, aligning with our mission and objectives.
  • Provide transformative leadership to inspire and guide the organization towards continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Lead and mentor all staff members, promoting a culture of collaboration, professional development, and accountability.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Ensure the implementation and ongoing enhancement of high-quality early childhood education programs.
  • Align curriculum with state standards and community needs.
  • Manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, families, and the community, focusing on family retention and engagement.
  • Represent the organization at community events and advocate for early childhood education.
  • Assist in daily operations as needed, including direct supervision of children.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies related to early childhood education.
  • Establish and uphold high-quality standards for educational programs and overall operations, implementing continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, educational administration, or a related field.
  • Meets state-specific credentials and guidelines for the role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of executive leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development, educational best practices, and program administration.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, strong organizational skills, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
