In this executive role, you will:
• Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategic plan for your educational institution, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives.
• Provide transformative leadership that inspires and directs the organization towards ongoing improvement and excellence.
• Lead and mentor all staff members, including two salaried employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and accountability.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous enhancement of high-quality early childhood education programs.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with state standards and community needs.
• Manage the school’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
• Cultivate positive relationships with parents, families, and the community, focusing on family retention, enrollment, and overall engagement.
• Represent the school at community events, collaborate with local organizations, and advocate for early childhood education.
• Assist in daily school operations as needed, including direct supervision of children.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies related to early childhood education, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and licensing requirements.
• Establish and uphold high-quality standards for educational programs and overall operations, implementing continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, educational administration, or a related field.
• Meet state-specific credentials and guidelines for the role.
• A minimum of 3 years of executive leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, educational best practices, and program administration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
