Janitorial Supervisor

At Southeast Airport Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with operations manager to resolve employee relations issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift weights and perform physical tasks as required.
