Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a vital role in designing and implementing comprehensive benefits programs that meet the changing needs of Flexjet employees. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits concepts, human resources laws, and compensation strategies.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and maintain employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish compensation structures, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving benefits programs, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external vendors, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Professional certification in HR or compensation, such as PHR or CCP, preferred.
