As an Inpatient Therapist - PRN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate behavioral health services to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients, including group, individual, and family sessions.
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and outside referral sources, adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring patient progress and goal achievement.
- Develop thorough discharge plans, ensuring a smooth transition to after-care services.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling or relevant licensure in the state of practice.
- Current unencumbered state licensure.
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
