Job Title: Senior Specialist Foundation, Operations and Technology

The Home Depot Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations and technology team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and implementing innovative solutions to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on program operations and policies.
  • Design, implement, and manage programs to advance The Home Depot's portfolio by incorporating industry best practices.
  • Support program operations and strategies, including budgets, impact goals, partnerships, storytelling, executive project review, and development of resources.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in operations and technology, preferably in a nonprofit or associate support program.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, reporting software, and data management systems.
  • Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
