Job Title: Residential Counselor II

Job Description:

The Residential Counselor II is a key position that involves creating a supportive environment for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • To take charge of a shift in the absence of the Supervisor.
  • To ensure the client's treatment plan is implemented during the shift.
  • To maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree or bachelor's degree in human service field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with youths is desirable.
  • Prior supervisory role is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience and location).
