About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at the Florida Autism Center. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism, focusing on behavioral skills and strategies
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
