Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiology team. As a Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication, perform specimen collection, and deliver clinical treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patient condition, communicating effectively with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families, providing education appropriate to their age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Requirements
  • Current state RN license.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • ASLS certification preferred.
