**Job Title:** Mental Health Nurse Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program in Hickory, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting individuals in their journey towards recovery.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication to clients according to medical orders
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping, including notes as required
  • Perform intake with new clients
  • Ensure doctor's orders are followed
  • Obtain vital signs from clients as needed or as ordered by the doctor
  • Respond to staff needs – give PPD tests, respond to medical codes
  • Audit charts, ensure medical inventory is stocked
