Dreamscape Learn, a pioneering force in immersive XR educational products, seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Project Coordinator to join its dynamic team on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between departments, vendors, contractors, and crew to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Oversight of logistics for production teams, including asset purchasing, arranging travel, securing equipment, and coordinating other resources.
  • Management and update of production schedules, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed of key dates, deadlines, and shifts.
  • Organization and maintenance of production-related documents, contracts, and files.
  • Communication with vendors and third-party contractors, ensuring timely deliveries and services in accordance with project needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a production coordinator or assistant in a fast-paced production environment (film, television, digital media, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, from pre-production through post-production and delivery.
  • Experience in interactive media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines in a dynamic production environment.
  • Ability to be resourceful when faced with challenges.

Estimated Salary Range:$5,000-$6,250 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
