Job Summary:

The role involves comprehensive cleaning duties, which encompass maintaining all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, and other designated spaces. We offer various shifts, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all fundamental cleaning tasks.
  • Restroom maintenance includes replenishing supplies, emptying waste bins, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and ensuring cleanliness of floors and toilets.
  • Manage furniture movement, vacuuming, and trash disposal.
  • Inspect trash containers before disposal.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass spot cleaning.
  • Address incidental spills and assist with flooded areas as needed.
  • Restock cleaning carts and storage areas at the end of each shift.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Availability to work assigned hours.

Compensation:

Harvard Maintenance offers a competitive salary of $15.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life insurance, and a 401K Savings Plan.
