Key Responsibilities:
  • Host wine tastings and tours for guests, showcasing our premium wine offerings
  • Sell wine, merchandise, and wine clubs to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a superior guest experience, ensuring seamless service and hospitality
  • Stay up-to-date on our wine portfolio, customer offerings, and local market trends
  • Engage with local wine industry professionals, staying informed on market developments and competitor activity
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales and service skills
  • Operate cash registers, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support events, private dinners, and site activities, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Exemplary customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong knowledge of wine, wine production, and the wine industry
  • Dynamic communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, with a flexible schedule
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds (a case of wine)
