Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Services Supervisor to lead our engineering team at Home2 Suites/Tru Dual Brand Nashville/Downtown, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, develop, and maintain ongoing maintenance operations for the hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure coordination of activities and achieve departmental goals.
  • Establish and implement prompt and courteous response to guest requests within the guidelines set by hotel and brand standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Building Engineer or equivalent facilities technical trade.
  • Experience in supervisory maintenance field 2+ years required or combination of education and experience.
  • Vocational Institution Certificate or Apprenticeship in technical/mechanical/facilities preferred.
