Job Title: Biohazard Remediation Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Biohazard Remediation Supervisor to join our team at Aftermath Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the successful completion of biohazard remediation projects, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety and IICRC standards
* Estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork
* Communicate and sell tailored scopes of work to clients, obtaining sign-off to initiate work
* Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Supervise and participate in various biohazard remediation projects

Requirements:

* 2+ years of supervisory experience in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
* Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
* Ability to respond to dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call

Preferred Qualifications:

* IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
* XActimate experience
* Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction
* Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued
