About the Role

Holladay Properties is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This individual will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, supervise staff, and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily building integrity checks to ensure the facility's systems are functioning properly.
  • Perform routine inspections of HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff on new procedures, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source materials and services.
  • Manage inventory and control supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Universal HVAC certification required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in reducing downtime and improving system performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
